The short answer
A mass below 500 kg is only one parameter. Assessment also needs dimensions, operating speed, rotor construction, support surfaces and a safe mounting arrangement.
Identify the rotor
State its function: fan, impeller, turbine rotor or driveshaft. Supply a drawing or photographs with principal dimensions. Include mass, length, maximum diameter and assembly completeness. Specify which components belong to the assembly to be balanced.
Explain mounting and tooling
The team must establish suitable mounting surfaces and whether a mandrel or adapter is needed. Schenck treats tooling and assembly effects as distinct balancing considerations. Similar-looking rotors therefore do not necessarily use the same mounting arrangement.
Agree before dispatch
Discuss cleanliness, damage, available documents and permitted correction locations. Do not prescribe a measurement speed or material-removal method without assessing the rotor and installation. ALWAZEN's stated scope is driveshafts up to 6 m and 500 kg, and industrial rotors and turbines up to 500 kg; acceptance remains subject to technical assessment.
Define the accepted result
Clarify the acceptance criterion and which results will be recorded. Agree applicable requirements, verification measurements and delivery completeness. A defined criterion is more useful than a promise to eliminate all vibration, because other machine elements may also contribute.

Common questions
Is every rotor below 500 kg suitable?
No. Geometry, mounting, speed and safety also determine feasibility.
Can I enquire without a drawing?
Start with photographs and known dimensions. Missing information and how to obtain it can be agreed separately.
