ALWAZEN / INDUSTRIAL CARDAN SHAFTS

Industrial cardan shafts

Industrial drives deserve a separate specification. Explore configurations, reference tables and flange interfaces, then prepare your project data.

Restore. Manufacture.
Verify the result.

First assess the condition and task. Then agree the method, work scope, price and timing.

Driveshaft repair

Repair and rebuilding using factory processes: inspection of joints, play and straightness, with component repair or replacement to the agreed scope.

Driveshaft manufacturing

Manufacture and assembly of cardan and drive shafts to agreed dimensions and application requirements.

Driveshaft balancing

Dynamic balancing of assembled driveshafts up to 6 m long and 500 kg in mass. Mounting and operating speed are confirmed during technical assessment.

Joints & supports

Inspect universal joints, bearings and intermediate supports. Match replacements to the dimensions and assembly design.

Splines & connections

Assess wear in splines, yokes and flanges. Determine repair or replacement feasibility after inspection.

Length & geometry

Assess shortening, lengthening or tube replacement for an agreed design, followed by geometry checks and balancing.

A design for your application.

Length, interfaces, working angles, torque and speed determine the configuration. The final selection follows engineering review.

Single-section shafts

A single shaft between two connection points.

Multi-section shafts

Assemblies with intermediate bearing supports.

Telescopic shafts

Shafts with axial length compensation.

CV & double-joint assemblies

Designs using constant-velocity or paired joints.

Fixed-length shafts

Without axial length compensation; confirm the distance between assemblies and installation conditions.

Short shafts

Compact connections between closely spaced assemblies; working angles and available space are key.

Designs & components

From a passenger vehicle
to an industrial drive.

Choose an application to start a request with the relevant input checklist. Work feasibility and acceptance requirements are agreed for each assembly.

Balancing capabilities

Limits apply to dynamic balancing. Acceptance also depends on geometry, support surfaces and safe mounting.

Assembly and exchange

Developing service around your driveshaft.

01 / ASSEMBLY

Two-hour assembly — our target

A target for an approved configuration when the necessary components are available. Diagnosis, custom manufacture and part procurement are assessed separately; timing is confirmed for each order before work starts.

02 / TRADE-IN

Driveshaft trade-in

We are preparing an exchange programme: assess your old driveshaft and credit the agreed value towards a new one. Acceptance, valuation and exchange terms are confirmed individually.

Discuss an exchange

From your component
to an agreed result.

  1. 01

    Request & input data

Equipment model, part number, drawing or sample. For repair, include symptoms and damage history.

  2. 02

    Assessment & agreement

Inspection and measurements where needed. Choose repair or manufacture and agree dimensions, scope and terms.

  3. 03

    Work & verification

Repair or manufacture to the agreed specification. Check geometry and connections, then balance the assembly.

  4. 04

    Handover & records

Verify the result against agreed requirements and hand over the component and the agreed work records.

Before work begins.

Will balancing remove every vibration?

No. Joint wear, shaft damage, misalignment and support condition also need checking. The repair scope follows inspection.

Can you manufacture from a sample?

A sample or drawing can start the assessment. Mounting dimensions, application, torque and operating speed must be agreed before manufacture.

04 / Service request

Start with your part.

Tell us what needs balancing or repair. Feasibility, cost and timing are confirmed after review. Sending a request does not confirm acceptance of the part for work.
